Truespeed Update and Adjusted Hours of Operation
NEW HOURS OF OPERATION
To our valued subscribers,
Truespeed will continue to evaluate how best to operate with the safety of staff and clientele being paramount to us. Given our present landscape, we are adjusting our hours of operation. Our goal is to minimize public exposure while maintaining the quality support we are known for.
Effective Monday, March 23rd, 2020 our weekday retail hours will be adjusted as follows:
Retail Operation: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. Saturday operation will remain 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Technical Phone & E-mail Support: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays.
Our installers will continue to start at 8:00 AM weekdays but we will be discontinuing Saturday installs effective immediately.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP
– Every attempt is being made to have a support person at our Brockville location during retail business hours. Anyone requiring assistance, please call or e-mail requests rather than in person if possible.
– We need everyone who is not currently on pre-authorized payments to contact our billing department to make arrangements. Everyone wants to stay safe and minimizing personal interaction at the moment is the best way to do so.
– If at your home, please make every effort to practice social distancing with our installers. Most outdoor related work does not require any form of client interaction.

Sales are regularly asked if we are taking on new clients, especially now that we have reduced our cable internet pricing. For us, it’s basically business as usual.
