Community Small Business Spotlight featuring The Capitol Axe Throwing

We are happy to feature The Capitol Axe Throwing, a unique and entertaining business for this week’s Truespeed Small Business Spotlight.

 

Having thrown his first axe under “The Capitol” banner in October of 2020, owner Curt Geneau’s vision was to bring big city entertainment to our modest city.

 

“I love the community aspect of Axe throwing” says Curt.  “We are looking forward to being able to start a league with league play beginning in the fall”. After visiting an Axe Throwing facility out of town, Curt fell in love with the sport. He immediately started researching the details behind bringing the sport into our community. From there, The Capitol Axe Throwing was born.

 

Axe throwing as a sport is growing in popularity. It’s a great way to connect with friends and family and while it likely goes without saying, a VERY effective way to blow off some steam!

 

Curt welcomes everyone to challenge themselves with this thrilling and unique sport.  He is always eager to help people get started throwing axes with their friends and family in a clean and safe environment.
